We already have the National Christian Center in Abuja and the National Mosque, also in Abuja, so this is a welcome development.

Traditional or satanic? It means they are all the same behind the scenes.

Who the hell are you calling satanic?

Look, Mr Man. This thread is not for slaves.

It's for free Africans.

Understood?

Well it's simply going to be symbolic

No single temple can accommodate all traditional religion

The moslems worship the same way, the christians too, but the idol worshippers differ...

Of course its welcomed. Since the constitution recognised them as a religion in the country.

I once said it that those of them in the traditional religion are dulling. They should be going on their own pilgrimage probably in India. Since govt sponsors Christians and Muslims to pilgrimage.

Interestingly, they may have the largest since a lot of Christians and Muslims codedly patronise them.

Why can't you people respect others beliefs?

We can't all sleep and face same direction now

It's going to be chaotic because we have over 1,000 traditional gods in Nigeria.

When traditional worshippers gather at national traditional religion temple, who are they to pray to? Sango and Amadioha have different modes of being worshipped, not to add other 1,000 gods.

This is why it has not come to , I for one would worship in that temple if built.

Different Christian denominations also worship in different ways and that's why time is allocated to different denominations at the National Christian Center. The same can be done for different traditional religions.

We just love wasting scarce resources in this country. I thought Nigeria is a secular state.

I think the 3rd pics is finer, and also easier to maintain. Just let each corner represent different elements - Fire, water, earth and wind. The center will be a temple.

Atutuboyoyo!!! Na which kain play be this nah??

That place will be filled with the stench of palm oil, dead fowl, deteriorating goat, etc. Yuck!!!

BTW:

I see no reason why someone who has a firm belief in Christ will be in of things like these.

It's either you are for Jesus or against Him. There is no lukewarmness, sitting on the fence, or in-betweens

Is this a real thing or you’re just suggesting? Also, who’s gonna fund it?

Well, Nigeria is a secular state, and every religion is allowed to be practiced but the act of building religious standing by the FG Is crazy to me.

Not built by government. People donate money to build these things.
