I don't think he is failing! Unfortunately the rots in our system dates back to pre-colonial and colonial era from 1960 the leaders laid a bad foundation by the coups, killings, shedding bloods of past leaders, military, civilians etc and tribal misappropriation. All this wrongs can't be right at an instance.

We will get there, but definitely not with this sets of leaders. Just do / contribute your own quota and leave the rest for our unborn children to come enjoy as from probably year 2070.
