Long overdo. I hate when politicians take people for granted. because we as citizens don't know our rights doesn't give them right to treat human like animals.. they spend billions for purchase of utility vehicles and running of government house but can't fix ordinary Schools and health care services. even minimum wage they can't pay. I pray the day citizens will wake and hold this guy's able.until that day come I can't trust leaders and followers.. otti pay standardized minimum wage and don't play politics with people's life...

Alex Otti is a scam and a disgrace to Ndi Abia. Otti must be impeached now or never be allowed to continue with his scam. Imagine Abia still paying 18k minimum wage to civil servants. I urge the Abia House of Assembly to commence the impeachment of Otti now. Enough is Enough 23 Likes 2 Shares |

They are paid far above the minimum wage when compared to their colleagues in other departments and parastatals. They are complaining of adjustments and not minimum wage as no Judiciary worker receives less than N70,000 including the cleaners. 1 Like |

What's going on!! Must there always be strike before government meets it obligations. Part of this Rot is caused by the judiciary so they should deal with the excesses they help build using their gavels, meanwhile don't forget that it is only a Nigerian girl you will see preparing for marriage and she only has #5k or less in her With a mind blowing milage |

Abia state is not the only state ing the strike while all this brohaha news just to paint Abia and Otti black. Incase you don't know, Abia has started paying the minimum wage. |

Hmmm We thought they have the best governance. Why are they ing the strike now? People who lecture other regions & Nigeria on good governance are the worst governed. I9bo man charity no dey begin for hin own house. Only an I9bo man would leave his own house set on fire and be chasing rat in another man's house 3 Likes |

Judiciary workers? What is that? How many Nigerians can even afford a lawyer? Nobody will feel their strike. Strikes are for Doctors, Teachers, Drivers, Mechanics etc. People who contribute to the society 2 Likes |

Metrix147:It's sad that Dr. Alex Otti has ed his predecessors to suffer civil servants by increasing bureaucracy coined 'verification' and even owing pensioners for more than 12 months up to the extent of about 8 pensioners dieing aha . I personally don't have any grudge against him but why will you not pay pensioners their pensions and gratuity. It's sad. Are we cursed with bad governance in Abia State? Even the 24 hrs light supply in Aba is nothing more than stories sang by propagandist. Well atleast we have small roads to thank him apart from that, the governor has betrayed the very will of those that voted Him. 1 Like |
