You have exceeded the Max VOC rating for a 24v set up for PowMr.The max VOC is 105v.You can't go beyond 2units of 280w in series for a 24v set up.You are lucky your CC hasn't fried. What brands are your s? I am sure they are not up to the rated capacity that's why your CC hasn't burnt!

As you can see from the manual the total voltage that can brake the controller is 190v. Even if you think it In a lay man point of view will powmr create a controller that will work well with 150v in some settings and get burnt in 105v settings when they both use the same Hardware

It actually rated 10.2kw(10.2kva with pf=1). had to check online, people complained about same rating issue. It's overated. But for its price, it's a fair bargain

What u got was most likely a relabeled pack. The 10.2kva model is slightly different from what you have

I Had to check online, virtually similar 10.2kva inverters went into overload after 8.2kw. I think it's the default design.

What is the capacity of the inverter?

What load was on when it was damaged?

What's the make and model of the inverter?

It'll be hard to ascertain the issue remotely, we can only guess.

Best way to fix is to get a more knowledgeable installer to come and check that there is no issue with the installation, that is if you think the current one you used is not that knowledgeable.

Relatively low load if I'd say, cos appliances been barely set up. 1.7Kva.

Kinda resigned to getting another unit.

I think you have exceeded max voc of 100v. Hope the battery settings are correct too?

Since you are using lithium battery, see if the bms is connected and change the setting to Lib. I think ~27v is ok for lithium battery

Check you Bulk charge and absorb settings. Also how many s and wattage of the s are you using.

Yes, it's very okay....less noise, only makes noise when the sun is very hot.....

Are you connected to the grid? if yes, try and top it with grid to see if it will get to that 28.
