OP, for me I would say everything depends on how you guys get along and the connection. It also depends on the attraction and understanding between the two people when they eventually meet face to face.

Those on Nairaland are neither ghosts nor animals. They are humans. So good or bad exists in all humans, including those on Nairaland.

However it is an anonymous platform, where you primarily do not even know if the person is truly a Male or a Female.

But that apart, I am sure that there are a lot of good people on Nairaland also.
