There is a steely determination to win the ball back as a collective from the opposition under Ruben Amorim. Amad Diallo totally represents this type of football. The real test however will be mid week at the Emirates.

The influence of a manager on a team can never be overemphasised...

With what I am seeing, some players we have condemned here might still have important roles to play as the season progresses...even if it's on a squad/rotational basis.

I think the most important thing is to be strong at home (especially vs minnows) and grind out some wins and draws away vs semi decent sides.

Cos it’s not possible as a coach to be noticing that donot midfield and act like it’s normal. He’s quite imioned, especially when we’re playing rubbish. Almost as if the rubbish was his instructions.

Good you noticed it, Everton were not quality at all, Casemero made several mistakes, a better team would have punished us
