My take and 2nd Half Suggestions

1. The combo of Gift Monday and Imuran is I'll adviced. It's a disaster and Madugu needs to tweak that.

2. It's very clear now that Ucheibe can't play without a partner in midfield. She's been underwhelming to say the least.

3. Toni and Jennifer needs to drop a little bit to choke that middle. There's really no point playing up top since they hardly get the ball in the first place .

4. I'll remove Imuran and move Ashleigh to LB. I'll also move Ucheibe to CB.

5. Will give Gift Monday some more time to prove herself. I'll instead move her to the right and bring Rinsola to the left.

6. Not sure who on the roster can play as DM but with what we have currently just anyone will do right now. I'll rather he experiment.

The primary culprit for back es is Imuran. She gets scared anytime she gets the ball. Still growing so won't blame her much.

One great in the game doesn't suddenly mean she didn't have a horrible half. I personally think playing her with Imruan wasn't helpful and hope to see how she does playing on the right. But the fantastic assist doesn't remove the fact that she had a horrible half.

One , in God knows how many other games where the 't was seriously stank up' by her, is the very least expected from someone who has been hyper-hyped.
That goal was all Onumonu, for all intents and purposes. No need for the myopic to try and peddle alternative facts and/or misinformation.

I think the biggest culprits are Ucheibe and Payne...

Toni is just lightweight and ain't anywhere to be found in that midfield. Even watching her in Everton this season has been a very painful watch (Granted she's in a very bad Everton team).

Ucheibe is just leaving acres of space in front of her defense. She doesn't have to jump in to win every damn ball, She can just sit off sometimes to screen her defense or delay the French's attack till her other Midfield partners are back in position. But she rushes every time trying to Superwoman her way through and gets rolled almost every time.

Isah is nowhere half as fast as Nkor that was removed at half time. See how long through balls just dey wreck our backline

If Gift had Delayed that a second, it'd have been cut out by any of the 3 French Defenders,
If she had Underhit it, the French Defender would have gotten to the ball before Onumonu,
If she overhits the , It would have taken Onumonu wide off goal and she would have needed more touches to stay on course for the goal (PS: She wouldn't have scored).

It was a Perfect from Gift and an Amazing Run and Goal from Onumonu!

Katoto had a similar chance in the 1st half and botched it when going one on one with Nnadozie. Onumonu's chip was exquisite and highly intelligent. Never said she Monday did not contribute anything to the goal. But 95% of that goal was all Onumonu.

Am I supposed to give her credit for giving a timely , when Onumonu was on her bike and screamed for the ?
That's the very least I would expect from her as a professional playing in Spain. Or would you have expected otherwise??

No, of course I would have loved her to have been more involved during the first 45', But she wasn't the only one who was anonymous.

Nkor was nowhere to be found and barely completed any or even tracked back.
Echegini Ghosted too. Bar our first attempt at goal which she had, she continuously misplaced her es and didn't do much.
The less said about[b] Toni [/b]in the first half, the better.
Ucheibe was just running and fouling, nothing else.
Imuran couldn't even be in her proper position to save her life, yet Gift was the only one being Scapegoated.

I think it may have been possible she was playing to instructions, because she was way too high up the pitch for my liking and continuously was pressing Lakrar high up, which left space behind her for Delphine to exploit and Torch Imuran. ( I think that was a very stupid tactic along with Echegini being high too leaving the midfield empty).

See how much more involved she's been this half....Almost all our attacks from early 2nd half came from her.

One positive from this match is that the corner kicks are causing the French keeper to come claim the ball, showing that the kicks have been accurate.

I just wish the SF were a bit more aggressive in closing down the spaces and winning the 50-50 balls in the majority of that 1st half
