I've heard that a mixture of equal parts baking soda and sugar is deadly to them. Can't find baking soda but my brother says he used baking powder and it worked.

For now, wall geckos are decimating them, before I launch an attack on them too.

I also used Green leaf powder for a while. It's very effective.

there’s one powder I buy, I’ll look for the name tomorrow and share.

Snipper did it for me but you have to buy it from Shoprite as there are fakes everywhere from chemist shops to these local wares. There was a time when I travelled for the weekend and sprayed the whole house. I counted up to 16 dead cockroaches on my return. Good luck

Just cockroaches.

If you have wall geckos in your house (highly discouraged), they also reduce cockroach population by feasting on them. I actually thought I was completely rid of roaches, not knowing it was geckos keeping them low.

Caught them removed their wings washed them in salt water and fried them in hot oil and ate them as tasty snacks yummy

Lol, yes cats are very safe and clean pets. They don't even need expensive care, just feed them and pet them let it roam freely. You will say goodbye to cockroaches, rats, lizards and even reptiles like snakes won't dare enter your house.. cats are friendly companions too

But keeping onion inside a container will make it rotten fast na!
And i dont think only the onion issue will evict cockroaches out of the home. There are other things to do also.

You're right. They eat insignificant portion of it and note it is the already open and cut onion i saw them feasted on. I have not seen them feast on a whole onion.

But when you first get a kitten tie it in the compound and feed and pet it well for few days after which you lose it and it will always consider it a home.
You might construct a house for the cat, he may end up using top of your wardrobe or squeeze himself between cushion chair's, and never even use the cat house ;Dvery unpredictable creatures

Put a couple of the mixture in corners of your kitchen and clean up every single scrap of food in the kitchen so roaches have no other choice of food.

I was doing a bit of searching on this boric acid. I saw it is also used for treatment of yeast infection in the vaginal and there are some many pictures of it online, thereby leading to unnecessary confusion. Please, what does the picture looks like, so I can buy the accurate one for rodents.
