I have also heard about it. They are no morr given 60 days ultimatum to leave the country. Why should someone who left his home country to come work for you to be sent back because he lost the sponsorship without being the cause? This is so unfair.

Who am I to argue that you didn’t hear about it?

All I am saying is that this is a public forum where thousands of people come to get information. The least anyone can do is to give information with backings from the UK Gov website.

Immigration information is so sensitive that a little mistake can ruin someone’s immigration history.

I applied for istrative review 16th October and no update from them since.

Yes.... I was refused for not sending additional document ( the degree I used for obtaining the ECCTIS) of which they did not send any mail requesting for additional document to me

A friend plans to travel to the UK on Global Talent Visa with his wife who will apply as a dependant. His wife holds a diploma in Business istration and is interested in exploring care work opportunities in the UK. Can she obtain a care worker position with her current qualifications? Additionally, what specific certifications or training would she need to acquire in Nigeria to increase her chances of securing a care job in the UK?

She doesn't need any certificate because the UK don't value our Nigeria certificate, what they are interested are the skills you have that qualify u as a carer. 1: Do you have empathy?
2: Can you communicate well?
3: Do you have patience?
4: Are you a team player?
5: Are you culture sensitive?

Then she needs to prepare her CV to UK standard, add like 5years experience in her CV and state that she have cared for her aged parents or someone close to her which is experience. If she have someone who can give her reference from any hospital in Nigeria, let her go ahead and add the hospital in her CV and put like another 5years experience as a HCA. Care jobs are highly competitive now especially if you don't have UK experience.

If they will not depend on her CV why then are you encouraging her to lie on her CV to get the job? Someone with actual experience will be denied the opportunity to some fake CV applicants.

How about encouraging people to do the actual course, get certificate then apply for the job?
