No they do not, simply because there are usually very few entry level roles. What they consider as entry level still requires 1 or 2 years of credible experience unless you want to be an intern.

Both the discharge and exemption certificates are very strong as long as they are issued by NYSC and they were not forged. Both certificate can be used to get a job in both public and private sector
Don't bother about the strength of both certificate.

Bother about sitting for jamb, gaining ission into a university, paying university fee, writing your final papers with flying colurs, defending your project, and completing your clearance after writing your final papers and defending your project.

NYSC discharge certificate is more prestigious as it showed you served the nation 🇳🇬 during the service year; should you consider politics in future. We have seen amazing projects and initiatives by corp in their PPAs or communities, through them less privileged villages or individuals are assisted with basic necessities e.g borehole, schools, medical outreach, skills acquisition.
The people you meet during camp and outside camp most times very vital after service, back in the days corp are seen as leaders hence, people follow you as you command respect.

You go reduce age be that, my guy. Our system encourage corruption. That's not a good thing to do, but no one should be denied the chance to experience that camp life because of their age. Go and do age declaration.

Sometimes, if organisation see the exemption certificate, they just feel you're too old. So, to stay safe, people tend to get the certificate.

Yeah sure. That would have to have been certified by a Psychiatrist from a Government Tertiary Medical facility/ Teaching Hospital. As long as you can provide documentation were a Consultant Psychiatrist certified you insane, why not. But if I was an employer and someone said they have psychosis (what you call "mad", I will be very very sceptical to hire.
