My yield seems to drop significantly during the dry season compared to raining season even though there's an increase in the amount of sunlight. Please what could be the reason for this?

There is more heat generated. Plus sky are not clear.

Voltage is inversely correlational with heat. s are photo-voltaic.

Dust in the air, dust on s.

Even with all that, though, there's still a net increase in total energy per day compared to rainy season sha.

Hi, experienced folks,

I have an Africell Solar of 180Watts but my PWM (I have done all the correct settings on it) shows that this does not output anything beyond 90Watts (14.4V and 6Amps) on a peak sunlight . This is 50% efficiency. Infact it goes lower at some point.

My question is, could this be from my PWM controller? Is it limiting the output from the to that very low value ?

If I decide to get an MPPT controller, will there be a positive difference?

Or should I just add another ?

Thanks in anticipation.

Have you tried taking a regular reading with a multimeter?

It has never been used/activated.

You can also visit their website to know if your device is compatible with it.

I got it for 180usd and that is not inclusive of shipping or tax. However, if you have a reasonable offer, just quote this message and I will respond to whomever gives a satisfactory bid.

Good evening house. I made the below rough estimate on what I'll need to run a 32inch TV, a sound bar, a ps4, 1 fan and 3 energy bulbs(not all in use at the same time). I don't know if it is viable. Your advice would be highly appreciated. Please the budget can't go beyond 650k.

Please go for lithium... The discharge rate of lead acid battery is too fast. Tubular is just bulky for nothing grin

The only reason you should go for a LA ahead of a lifepo4 battery is if one is "lazy" (I do not mean this in a bad way) and cannot be bothered to maintain or keep up to date with RE news and "stress".

LA can take more abuse and neglect (somewhats), but in every other way the chemistry is far inferior to lifepo4, especially in our part of the world where we don't have freezing weather.

LA is fuckin garbage tbvh.

All one needs to do is think about how unreliable the average car battery is.

How did they manage to make a 300w iron?

I'm guessing it takes longer to heat up?

Heats up within few seconds. Bros it works like a regular iron. I was amazed. I will try it again tonight.

Modified:

Gets fully hot less than a minute.
