There are Kano, Abuja, Imo, Delta, Edo, Lagos/Ogun/Oyo, Rivers, Cross River, Adamawa/Taraba etc. Nigeria is like the or is supposed to be the United States of America in Africa. So if you must leave the country, move to where there are jobs for non-natives (a different term from non-citizens). Move to where permanent residency is possible, and if not, the salaries are very high to make up for the impossibility. Grind hard, save and move elsewhere or back to Nigeria.

For instance, English teaching can be a means to raise funds in say 2 - 3 years, but don't go to a place like Vietnam to teach. Try Japan, Korea or China (it pays the highest) if you have the relevant credentials. For blue collar jobs, try the UAE and Singapore. Yes, they are tough to get jobs in those countries, but the work conditions are better and the salaries are high enough. Qatar might be okay, but I don't believe there are more jobs there than in the UAE. The same applies to Turkey. Don't go to Malaysia or one funny looking country in the Middle East. Most importantly, don't attempt to travel on a visit visa. LIFE WOULD BE MISERABLE FOR YOU!

As you have seen, there is no good Francophone African country. The wealthiest countries in Africa are Anglophone. As a Nigerian, the greatest gift from the British is the English Language. Utilise it well enough.

The quality of Nigerian migrants who move to South Africa is the issue, not South Africa as a country. There are Nigerians who do well in South Africa. South Africa's problems had to do with weak borders and poor policing. If South Africa had a similar border policy as Singapore, the difference would have been glaring. This applies to Malaysia and Singapore. The quality of Nigerian migrants in Singapore supersedes those in Malaysia.

That said, South Africa has more d jobs on LinkedIn than any country in Africa. You can check it for yourself. About Nigerians being billionaires in Nigeria, where else should they have become billionaires other than their home country? No country has more of its citizens being wealthy outside of it. The wealthiest Nigerians, Americans, Chinese, and South Africans reside in Nigeria, the US, China and South Africa respectively. It is simple mathematics.

Sorry, but the country with the second wealthiest group of Black people in the world is better than the one without that sub-group. Nigeria is not better than South Africa.

Terrible. People should do their research very well. The UAE as at when Emirates plied the Lagos - Dubai route was a transit point onwards to Tokyo. However, I doubt he went to the Japanese embassy at Gana Street in Maitama to apply for a visa. So, why did he think he would be granted access into Japan?

We ended up sleeping at the park. We were literally sit and sleeping in an open park, exposed to cold and mosquito 🦟. I didn't sleep Because my PC is more important than my sleep.

My other selfless and curious thoughts 💭 said, just see how it will end, if the place is conducive, you can rent an apartment and focus on your web3 content writing. Difference is, in Burkina Faso, there's steady light and well treated water provided by the government. But I didn't consider the harsh weather and dusty environment. You breathe heat and dust during the day, you breathe cold and dust during the night. While we were trying to arrange our luggages, I was hearing shout and struggle behind the fence, I peeped and I saw onome (the lady traveling with us)and some park touts dragging bag, I approached them and asked what was the issue, she said Usman told them to seize her bags until the 12,000 CFA she was in debt was paid. I deeped my hand in my wallet and gave one of them 5,000 CFA to let her go. They agreed, she thanked me and we departed.

At 5:am prompt, our bus heading to Bobo doulasou left the park. The journey from ougadogu to Bobo doulasou is approximately 8hrs. The Journey was unpleasant with constant check point, were we will have to come down and walk to be screened and if they notice you are a Nigerian, you will pay 1,000 CFA even with your port.

My benefactor (Neche) kept on buzzing me to give update on my whereabout so she can wait for me at the park. I guess she couldn't wait to feast on my money. I forgot to include, she instructed me to get an Orange SIM card mostly use in Burkina Faso, so she can fund me with data and airtime.

Our bus finally arrived at staf park, she was already waiting for me with a taxi. She asked how was my journey and apologize, my journey from Nigeria to Burkina Faso was almost 4 days. When I approached the taxi, I saw a man sitting in front of the enger sit, she called him Mr ken. I think Mr Ken has been in Burkina Faso long enough and he speaks French fluently. Mr ken was communicating with the driver while I just take a look at the unimpressed city I found my self. While we were still heading to the lodge, the taxi stopped and another lady ed us, she introduced herself as Neche's supervisor and like a sister, she said she couldn't sleep through out my journey, she wanted me to arrive safely. (Who would sleep, when a maga is carrying millions of Naira to be delivered on a platter of gold )
