I won the game but bet9ja claims I lost. I chatted and called their help desk, but they still claim I lost.
They showed me an image (Also attached) that shows a different bet from my bet and said I lost.
What can I do to get my winnings?

So, I selected something like the highlighted option which is AH2(+0.5).
