who told you Igbo land is not developed. You cannot see 40m land to buy today in Enugu or owerri. If you go to awada , fegge , o agba, odoakpu etc Onitsha each of those layout bigger than ikeja . You won’t find 4 storey building anywhere, only 5 storeys, all built by igbos no government assistance
