Children of the devil from that devil axis with developmental index tied to owambering is as daft as unimaginably snail, are lucky the zoo is amalgamated with lots of other intelligent zone.

Shame on them for embracing hypocrisy genealogically and refusing anything called development.

Yet queen of Sheba died in the same zone. What a believe?. What a draft thing

Even if they start beheading people one by one, people will still be here defending them

Policies are not meant for dead people

When buhari was shutting the borders, tinubu and his fellow clowns were hailing his backward economics.

They insulted every importer, most especially the igbos.

The result of that was galloping food inflation especially with the massive insecurity in the middle belt.

Playing trial by error with our economy.

Something needs to be done quickly about this APC

But what exactly?
As in, we need them out of everything that has to do with Nigeria.

Perhaps we should contrinute money to them and beg them to leave the seat of power.
Elliotwaveforec: 7:40am On Oct 28, 2024
Punch, thank you for reminding them! You promised something and you aren't implementing. What's going on? Doesn't the government know the importance of food? The implementation should be immediate for God's sake!
Kelklein(m): 7:40am On Oct 28, 2024
Well done Punch.. even though they have made you a lonely voice in the wilderness.. some of your other print guys are either cahooting with government or silent in the face of oppression and malgovernance

The government should extend the duty-free window beyond the initial 150 days. This extension would provide the public with meaningful relief, particularly as the holiday season approaches when food demand surges.

In real sense there is no point extending what the govt has no plan to implement ... Tinubu as evil as he is just dole out the policy to score a headliner and media applause

Can Tinubu issue a tax increase directive and not follow it up to implementation

Every Import duty hike on announcement takes effect instantly but duty free ... customs have gone deaf

A leader who feels the pain of the people will not just dole out policy relief and not follow it up to effect. Tinubu is evil

The government should implement the duty-free window as soon as possible.

Nigerians need it urgently.
if wishes are horses then beggars will ride,a kilo of rice in Thailand is hovering around $1 dollar that will be close to #80k for a 50kg bag +logistics and handling,it maybe #90-#100k landing, then it is not difficult to see that removing duty is like a grain of salt on the shores of the dead sea,it will not and never solve the food crisis,if Nigeria does not have an action plan on how to move from consumption to production we will continue to go backwards

The duty free window is still ongoing, some people just like to be in a haste.
when he announced subsidy removal? Was there any delay? When he unified the naira rate, was there any delay? When he dared Binance to remove naira from p2p, was there any delay?

This is not a honest government:

Bro , government is not doing anything .

Directives had been given to government agencies to implement this policy for the past 3 months , they failed to implement it in order to reduce cost of food prices.

Do we even have government at all .

What we have now is insincere and insensitive government at the helms of affairs.

Am really disappointed in Tinubu government.

cheesy

Some APC want us to charge more taxes for matters that they consider very important matters....(me I don't think so... cheesy

I was shocked at the views of these APC , but then again , nothing shocks us under t-pain

As for me, what is this government doing about encouraging large scale commercial farming, improving rail transport, and improving security.....those are the things that we may say a raise in tax may help...and ulitmately guarantee food security.

Food imports is always a big eff u to the local farmer.

Can you farm with this level of insecurity in the country now. That's why we need tax free food importation for now

To be very candid, Tinubu is a heartless man! Ever since he came on board, it's always been from one difficulty to another for the Nigerian masses. Mr T-Pain always finds it difficult to put in place and implement any policy that will put a smile on the faces of Nigerians;such a wicked man!
