Petrol cabal fighting back.

The old, rickety car in that image probably has its own peculiar problem that caused that problem. It might have nothing to do with the CNG itself.

In any casw, diesel, petrol, and most especially electric vehicles do catch fire/explode from time to time.

Electric cars even catch fire on their own several hours after they are parked.

That has not stopped people from buying those vehicles.

Chai! Have Tinubu’s newest SUV been converted into this CNG? Pushing people into more misery in the name of testing an unproven technological advancement.

Gosh! Recently, I have been reading alot of terrifying stuffs about this CNG thing, especially converting a vehicle that was not originally built for it.

Some scary reasons it will not be ideal for anyone converting their cars to CNG in Nigeria:

1. Bad Roads: considering how bad our roads are, having a car loaded with cylinder filled with gas and running into potholes every now and then can be disastrous.

2. Hot weather: Sometimes, we experience unusual hot weather here in this part of the world. Most countries have good weather conditions than we do here. I think driving under a very hot weather can have some negative impact.

3. Unprofessional approach: we all know Nigerians and our funny ways of doing things, those converting vehicles can just wake up from the bad side of their bed one day and fix things wrongly that can lead yhu to yhur early grave.

Question: how many of our politicians are currently using CNG vehicles? Please do well to quote me with the name of such politician, if yhu know any.

My conclusion: personally, I would rather buy fuel at N1,300 per litre than using a car loaded with plenty filled cylinders with gas.

Don't offer me death as alternative to cheaper means of transportation.

Please note, this is my own personal view and conviction. I can not come and come and kill myself grin grin cheesy

No, I no gree abeg.

Stupid government has been cajoling people to convert to CNG, yet NO government vehicle has been converted.

Do as I say, not do as I do.

Bunch of dolts.

There are sensible questions to ask here:

Was the CNG Conversion done through the expertise of professionals?
Were the conversion kits original?
Were the right safety procedures followed?
Was the SOP of filling at the station followed?
Was the vehicle age considered?

Not all vehicles can use CNG.

Anyway, petrol vehicles also explode.

Media campaign against CNG is building up just to discourage it's use .

They decided to create uncommon accident, since nobody can pinpoint a known CNG gas explosion.

There is a reason most advanced countries are not engaging this CNG rubbish.

It's ultra prone to explosion, and others.
