Buhari ruled for 8years with a Northern Senate president and heaven didn't fall. Akpabio is going nowhere unless they're want every region to go their separate ways. Southern Nigeria is not afraid of splitting

The man's indecorous utterances are becoming intolerable.

Even if the President shares peoples frustration with Mr Akpabio, and has a suitable replacement from the South South, it would be dangerous for the President to removing Mr Akpabio.

That's because removing him will be the easy part. But the President will not have total control over whether his preferred replacement will win the vote to elect a replacement.

That's why I believe the President will stick with Mr Akpabio and will not allow his impeachment.

The plotters know this, and that probably explains why they want to do a hit job on Mr Akpabio while the President is abroad.
