Damagun was elected vice chair ....I stepped up in acting capacity after the chairman left .

This is even the 'koko'.... The NEC is the highest ruling authority of any Party bar the National Convention. You don't need the Chairman to send a letter to INEC to hold a NEC meeting. Even signatures can force a NEC meeting. Did the BoT write to INEC before holding a meeting yesterday?

INEC is even aware of an Oct 24 NEC meeting unless Damagum is postponing it and he doesn't even have that authority.
