I sent webform in between(2weeks after submission) attaching previous and current visas from USA.

the reason is clearly stated only people in Canada can apply for you. You can use third party apps like GCMS buddy , get gcms etc

I did my biometric on the 9th of May and submitted my port on the 14th of May
I am yet to get responds as regards my submission
Is anyone facing the same issue?

Yes, as of today, if your wife gets ission to study for a master's program more than 16 months in durationv at a Canadian university, you can apply for a spousal open work permit (SOWP).

Though it’s my first time applying so I don’t really know how the whole processing works. But from your question up there, I take it that when the processing starts it still going to take a while? Thanks.

The processing time is 6 months so if you at 4th month means you still within the processing time duration!

My wife and I are in Canada holding a work permit and open work permit. We have two kids back home in Nigeria, please what’s the process of applying for them? Would it be study permit or visit visa? They are minors 8 and 10 respectively. Meanwhile the major question is do I apply from my own portal or create a GCkey portal for each of them? Thank you

I guess , we just have to be patient. Just learnt that the processing takes up to six month.

Given that the kids are above 5 years, it's recommended that you apply for study permit for them, using your own portal.

Kindly note that one must be present in Canada to be able to apply directly for gcms notes.

If outside Canada, apply indirectly through someone present in Canada.

No direct or indirect gcms ,Anyone can apply for GCMS notes on their own without needing a third party, and it’s free from inside or outside canada. Many people have already applied successfully. If you use a third party now, keep in mind that next time, you can do it yourself and avoid wasting money!

I suggest consulting a lawyer in nigeria, given the urgency of completing the process within 30 days. They can guide you through the legal requirements and expedite the process.

Good day everyone. Please I need advice on what to do. My agent applied for Canadian visit visa for me early this year. Went for biometrics in February. During this waiting period, there was minimal or no communication at all with the said agent up until yesterday.
He said my visa approval is out that I should pay his balance service charge, before releasing the letter to me then go to the embassy for port submission.
I reminded him of our initial agreement which was seeing my stamped port before final payment. He agreed to send the approval letter to me only on the condition that he will blur some parts. I'm thinking the blurred part will be my application number which I don't have access to.
Please what do I do because I don't have access to my portal to see my status. What if the agent is trying to scam me

U can apply for gcms note by urself from any part of the nation where u are. There's even a free version
