Your audacity and inconsideration caught my attention and I needed to drop my double cents. Every futuristic person who wants value for their money would pick renting a self-con for 450k rather than doling it out to give to an inconsiderate roomie just to stay for 3 months (which is even under a clause). Your longevity staying with him depends on him liking your company or not. What a clown.

As I said earlier, I am not house hunting. I stay in a furnished apartment, so I am over that baseless comparison you're bringing forth. Even if I were, this deal would suck a great deal. Look at you trying to be classist because I talked about getting used appliances as opposed to sticking to your deal that offers no value for money. Does your brain really work at all? It is the same classism you have that makes you think your rat hole coming with an AC and fully fitted kitchen is of great value to part away with that sum for just three months. How much will I have to pay for a year then?
