Civil servants under the federal government payroll will start receiving the new minimum wage payment from Thursday, the 26th of September.

The Spokesperson of the Office of the ant-General of the Federation, Bawa Mokwa disclosed this in an exclusive interview with DAILY POST on Thursday.

He assured that workers will begin to get alert of their new minimum wage salary payment starting from Thursday.

25%35% increment plus minimum wage have reflected in September salary of both DSS and ministry of defence but no arrears. Workers under CONPSS should start rejoicing by now. I just hope this will also apply to other federal workers at same time. Congratulations to those already affected

I am in a parastatal under MOD, i received my September salary unexpectedly yesterday but still same old salary. Our management said it is forbidden we enter ippis.

Just walk into your PFA office and tell them u want collect ur 25% pension. They will work it out for u. But the money is too small naw except your are working in a big agency.
