Documents at the ministry no supposed to 72hrs that depends on the person helping at the ministry, all the years my has been helping me with people documents for authentication it has never 3days to return the documents back, about legalization at the embassy the time frame do differs because of each embassy process differs from each other

Go with what is in your international port, and do well to do an affidavit of name reconciliation or confirmation of name (that will cover your documents)
