When will you elder statesman here stop π this preposterous nonsenseπ€―π€―π€―
They didn't market him well.
I am dealing with a youth player who has no agent but there EPL clubs have put in a bid for him. He does his marketing on the football β½ field.
Dude please stop ππππππ
A player in English league one and had made the bench once in 7 games ππ wake up from this delusion.
The English League One player has history with England. It is easier to market him. This is basic knowledge. It is easier to market Kaden Braithwaite to an English Club than market a Nigerian born super star to England.
The coach has made his explanation clear as daylight. He is talking about Kelechi Nwakali not fitting into the ENGLISH GAME (KICK AND RUSH FOOTBALL). Kelechi Nwakali was never built for that kind of football.
Finito.

Really shameless. So KC cant fit in the English game because its kick and follow. How come he couldn't fit in the Spanish and Portuguese league enough to get a decent team??. It takes a bigger man to accept when he doesn't get it right...but lesser men will continue to hold on to their delusions till they go under.

Let's get over the Nigerian thing.
You are not π« more patriotic and or Nigerian than me.
It would have been more helpful if you were specific about players and the claim of prejudice. (Prejudice is an irrational unfair dislike, negative, bias against an idea or persons.)
I am not emotive sentimental and or inclined to blatant favouritism. I do not create a set of variables excluded from the general accepted standards in football β½ to assess Nigerian players in exclusion.
It's been claimed by several delusional devoid of rational misguided contributors. That I dislike VO , I simply don't think he is world class.
When he was younger at Wolfsburg I said he need to reinvent himself, get a footballing education and development in a lower league and club to get him career back π on track. I said that over 7 years ago.
Many called that HATE but that's exactly what he did to get where he is now. That's practical constructive criticism and repositioning it's positive not negative.
From the onset I said Chukwueze was all flash and dribbling with no end product. I I compared him with Jadon Sancho and Saka many screamed π± he was better than those players and called it HATE of Nigerian players.
KC I said was over hyped π many said he was the best in Europe that he was better than Mbappe and Gabriel J., I said he was a poor quality quintessential number 9 and he didn't have those attributes. I even said Solanke who was doing nothing at Liverpool FC was a better fit for a Number 9. I said the true test will be when he leaves the Manchester city who made him look much better than he was.
He left Manchester city , Leicester city bought him to compete with Vardy as a quintessential number 9. Well he failed comprehensively one good season in Leicester the rest well below ππΏ average. He failed in the championship and is now in Seville doing what π₯΄.
Would you call that prejudice and HATE or just outright measured objective appraisal no sentiment involved.
I called Isaab Success a DISGRACE a waste man he even got overweight and was fighting prostitute's in a hotel in London. His football β½ abysmal.
I had not time for the Iroko tree that Sadiq Umar his atnics in Glasgow rangers very poor. He is now in LJ a Liga doing what π€
Finally the big one to crown it all Nwakali the solution player for the Nigerian midfield. What a big joke π€£
Tell me one British Nigerian origin player that I have mentioned that once he wasn't performing l mentioned again. Players like Iorfa, Aneke, Onyedinma, Oviemuno, Onomah, etc Surprisingly all these players have done or are doing much better than Nwakali.
Nwakali is in Barnsley FC has made the bench once in 7 games is yet to play a game for the club. I did say Nwakali midfield maestro Will not make it in a League one team.
I think there is huge unbridled blatant bigoted double standard and hypocrisy here.
I am involved believe it or not with English football β½ with coaches, clubs , players, managers, agents, recruitment heads, etc and so that perspective is going to reflect in my deductions. That is not prejudice and bias just informed objectivity.
I get your point. I understand better your view of things.

Even though Osimhen is my brother (we are from the same place, so no one can accuse me of hating him), I will soon have that one time because as a striker, you can't be in a team that has scored 8 goals in the both matches he has played and he hasn't scored any.
As bad as Dessers is he would have scored atleast 2 of those 8 goals. It simply shows Osimhen positioning and reading of the game is damn bad and he must work on it.
Icardi that got injured would have scored 3 of the 8 goals, even Batshuayi that's on the bench for Osimhen would have also scored atleast 1 of the 8 goals.
Hello God, can you predict the future concerning some matches so I can stake?

If this is something I started talking about this season, then I can understand the backlash on me. However, I have hammered this for some time on this thread.
Do you expect Kelechi Nwakali to run up and down the field like Onyeka? No. He is not built to play that way. He is a prime high possession playing footballers.
It is simple logic. I wonder what is biting you guys.

From your description, Thiago Alcantara and Gundogan does not fit into a modern footballer. Even Iniesta.

They would have improved on that, same thing players like Iwobi, Le also and even Die Bruyne did.
But our Nwakali has refused to do same thing, he still wants modern football and any team he is playing for to play his way. That's the problem

And we keep playing him as a 10 in the SE π€
I noticed that Iwobi work rate has increased, nowadays he is seen also helping his team in defence unlike before, and he can play 90mins now.
Even though Fulham is an attack minded team, Iwobi has improved himself in defending, but Thegoodjoe said we should overlook Nwakali shortcomings and Barnsley should pardon him and allow him to play like a Modric in the team because his name is Nwakali and he did exploits years ago at u17 FIFA world cup π
Na people like Thegoodjoe nor go let our players to improve because they will keep praising them even when they are playing rubbish.
You can praise Iwobi without telling blatant lies against me. Why lie? It is shocking that you resort to that.
Let me repeat before you keep spreading lies.
I posted that Kelechi Nwakali is built for the possession game and his handlers would have made it easier for him to rebuild himself by getting him to work with a possessive playing manager. This will help him grow faster.
However, I posted that Kelechi Nwakali can still become a better player if he sticks to the coach's instructions like working on the long distance running.
I even explained how I will want him to follow the training routine. So, why lie?

Have you gone to check forums in and Spain if they weren't same thing about Enzo before he had to yield to their advise and retired?
Nwakali should do the same thing if he isn't ready to become a proper footballer.
Nwakali is still young and has made a fortune for himself, who says he can't retire now and spend the next 3-5 years studying as a coach? With such he can become a good professional coach before the age of 35.

Sorry to derail you sir. How u see Savinho at Man City. Is he the reason why Foden is sitting on the bench more? Also what's the news about Rodri's injury?

Maybe you are the only one seeing the lies you are talking about here.
For the bolded, don't you think Nwakali knows all of these and really want to stick to the coach instructions like working on long distance running but he just can't because he doesn't have such attributes in him? He can only learn what he can and offer what he can offer

Rodri is likely out of the season. Foden is battling with some fitness issues but playing time will be tougher because of Savinho. With De Bruyne out injured, Foden will likely be the best person to partner Gundogan in the free 8s role. So, I see Foden seeing games this season until De Bruyne returns.
There is a lot of games and they will play. It is Mattheus Nunes I am scared for. It is just not fully clicking for him. With McAtee breathing for space, Nunes might miss out.
