Peaceful protest is the constitutional right of everyone

One way to understand Nigeria is to look at the Gulf Arab countries. Most Saudi masses don’t want democracy, they prefer monarchy.

Saudis also believe that the royal family is free to enjoy the country’s oil money as long as they share a comfortable amount to the masses.

Most Nigerians are Saudi-minded while most Igbos are Israeli-minded. Igbos dislike monarchy (Igbo enwere-eze) neither do we tolerate anybody feeling entitled to the public purse.

I’m beginning to believe these protests are a means to reduce the country’s population. Knock off ten during ENDSARS, knock off seven during End Hunger, knock off at least six during this one. Small small, the numbers will pile. Before Tinubu’s third year, at least three hundred dead from protests would be the official report. If this protest affects my job, I’ll stay home. If it doesn’t, I’ll enter the office to continue life.

This protest won't amount to anything they are giving the apc govt enough time to quell it. Massive protests are usually spontaneous the endsars protests is a good example.
