I bought bread at shoprite - I gave up after chewing the 1st bite - same with meatpie!

That was one kind bread. Their food section puff puff is better !

Dinner from last night:

Pounded yam with efo riro.

Dinner:

Had planned boiling plantains for dinner however, getting to the store, there was no plantains. I got home and saw madam boiled some rice for the kids which means I have more time to experiment with dinner.
Thought about smashed potatoes and then gnocchi came to mind. We usually buy only Yukon gold potatoes and I decided to try with it.
Made my first gnocchi, although it took so much time, it came out nice.

Another throwback. Chicken Kofta kabobs topped with home made garlic sauce, roasted veggies and harissa potatoes. I didn't make the pita bread though
