I tried ing my nin card from nimc, but it's not working, can someone here help me out.. it just keeps loading that's all

I think changing of place of birth is inconsequential. And it is among list of possible changes you can do. Approved changes are mainly names, date of birth, address and email.

I tried to renew my international port and I was refused at the port office because the place of birth on my NIN does not match the one on my previous port.

I did my old port way before the existence of NIN. It was ed with my actual place of birth. When I ed for NIN, the person doing the registration made an error and put in another place of birth. I did not realize this error all these while until I decided to renew my port. Now that NIN is required to get a port, the descripancy is giving me problems.

So, the place of birth may actually be more important than we think.

*Possible Cause for Discrepancies is recent Modification on NIN*

Note: Bank use NIMC (Virtual NIN) not NIN. If you recently modified your NIN, the NIMC might still be processing the changes, and the updated information may not be immediately reflected in all systems. to fast track the NIMC/Bank validation within 20 mins

Good morning bro. Do you know how possible it is to change the entire name on BVN to match the name on NIN?

You can not do total name change on BVN
