Please is it allowed to claim points for 2 DEGREES that were acquired concurrently. That is, both degrees were done same period in different location. For example schooling in person somewhere while doing another degree online in another school during the same period.

Your brother in law should do the gift deed to your husband, and then use your and your husband’s to show proof of funds.

Your husband will also need to write and sign a letter stating that you have full access to the funds in his , and it’s for you both to settle in Canada

Yes, worked with the ministry

IRCC has discouraged the provision of upfront medicals in PR applications. They ask applicants to wait for their instructions before undergoing medicals.

I used both forms, and this one appears to be the most up-to-date, as it has a "DATE MODIFIED: 2024-02-06" at the bottom of the page. In of response times, I've had experiences where I received a reply within an hour of ing a form, while other times it took over two weeks to get a response.

I’d suggest your brother-in-law transfers the money from his company’s to his wife (your sister) personal , and then she can transfer the money to your .

You will need the funds transfer receipt from your sister, and she needs to get a gift deed and affidavit to you.

In addition, you need to show documents establishing your relationship as siblings (could be both your birth certificates showing the same parents).

Don’t forget the bank reference letter and statements. If your husband has funds you want to add, you need a bank reference letter/statement from him too, and a letter stating you have access to the funds.


The general format for proof of funds should be
Table showing the amount you have in Naira, as well as their equivalent in CAD. If it’s just one you’re using, fine. Otherwise, for each role, list the amount in Naira and the CAD value. And then a link to the website you used for converting Naira to CAD.

Do a detailed letter of explanation, explaining the funds.

Then followed by ing documents (bank reference, statement of s, gift deed/ affidavit, etc.

Since his profile has not gotten fd yet, but now the worth of his 24k cad is now 23k cad.
