Your govt can’t be arresting Binance bosses who honored their invitation and its citizens outside won’t be on the receiving end of a backlash. Cause & effect! cool

But I saw hushpuppi in your text, what does that imply?
His crime borders more on misdemeanor rather than serious crime as you are trying to imply. His punishment would no way be comparable to sammers or murderers.

You see when it comes to digital currencies like Bitcoin etc for you to be able to use them in a real life sense you need to exchange it at a given rate to a dollar or Euro, if you could the war between binance and the Nigerian government with the Nigerian government laying allegations against binance that, their organisation are part of those making the naira loose it value Because of the rate at which naira is been traded for other cryptocurrencies on their website.

Now for this man, he tried ing a company 2021, which was declined by the United kingdom government. Why? Because of fear of another currency cypto been exchanged for a euro. Note you can use crypto to by anything as long as it is crypto to crypto exchange and P2P depending on the amount a buyer is willing to pay.. but the moment this guy's company want to make it legal by exchanging crypto at a particular rate for euro, the u.k government knew it may not pay them in a long run and it may affect the value of their currency in a long run, so they never legalised a platform for crypto to euro exchange with a specific face value...now he went ahead and started doing this, though not a fraud to him but against the law making it as an exchange on a given rate in the place been used. When this happens and the authority get to know this, na trouble oo... Is like I have 2 Bitcoin and someone want to buy a good what 100 pounds, I will say okay transfer the 100 pounds to me and I will give a 0.0003 worth of Bitcoin to purchase a particular good priced in Bitcoin...I will indirectly gain from that transaction and such transactions can be termed an ordinary transaction but in a Normal sense it ought to be tax had it been it was ed fully...I can inturn use the money generated here for anything since government can't tax my money in a way ...The guy is in soup oo....this is just my lay man explanation of the scenario.

Is it that crypto trading is illegal in the UK? When they say crypto ATM, is it like a physical ATM or a website?

Someone that understands should explain to me biko
