No you can't. Only dollar card can work. Try to sort it out early. This can delay you for up to 2-3 days. Better still have someone you trust pay for you from abroad while you transfer the naira equivalent. Or open a dollar and use your card to pay.

A friend was denied student visa after UK visa interview. He chose another line of study for Masters instead of his current BSc. That should not be a grounds for denial if you ask me. Apparently my friend didn’t defend it well or the visa officer just didn’t find it convincing enough. What can he do in this situation?
