There is nothing like easily,you must prove beyond reasonable doubt your purpose and intent of travelling with genuine documents to back it up and above all your reasonable home ties to be sure you won't dissappear into the "maddening crowd" once you get there.Proof of funds is not a reasonable ground to grant you a visa as those are tagged as "movable".Your inflow and out flow of funds in your determines the reliability of the funds in your at the point of applying for a visa.

Russia gives us visa easily, though. As long as you're clean of bad records and mean well.
