Medicine tablets causes kidney failure?
fastseo:

I think there is more to it kidney failure than just that.
I think the constant tablets we take also contribute

I don't understand the bolded?

You don't come online to say things like this.
There are somethings you keep private.
The world is watching. Both those with positive and negative energy.
A percentage of people who do kidney transplant still require a transplant later on.

I will create a thread om this....
When i traveled out i found out this

Since i left i only took paracetamol just 8 tablet within 10 months and malaria drugs just once same period. There was no reason to take these drugs as i was tired due to too much work and felt like taking it.

All medication i took in my bag will expire next year.. A bag filled with different medicine.

The constant malaria, typhoid etc forced us to take heavy drugs to much for that kidney i guesss.

Am not a doctor

Ok.
But let me drift away from the main topic. I want to ask, do you take malaria drugs even if you are not sick? Is it advisable?

It was after 4 weeks i went for another out job and same thing happened that i knew it was from the kind of disinfected.

no i dont think its appropriate to take malaria drugs once one is well and okay.....
Even here if u are feeling unwell u go to the hospital they will say go get bed rest and if possible vitamins c.
They have no idea what malaria is because that sickness is hardly seen here. And also typhoid u hardly get it here.

So remove these two parasite causing headaches u will see that in a year u wont need any tablets

I am 125kg.. 6ft and 4inches tall. I wanna to loose 35kg in 3 months . What do I do ?

You are on the big side. The very big side. 125 kg is not healthy at all. Your heart will be working extra hard to keep you running.

I’m on a weight loss journey too. I went down from 105 kg to around 88 kg at the moment. I’m also doing weightlifting, so I’m still burning fat and gaining muscles. But I’ll still go down as I get more muscles.

This is exactly what I did. I don’t drink or smoke, but if you do, you will have to reduce it. Don’t stop immediately because there’s a high risk that you will return to it. But reduce it. Maybe one or two bottles at most, once in a while.

Then, you will need to cook at home. Stay away from highly processed foods like bread. Buy brown rice instead of white rice. There are some brown rice that do not smell, if you do not like the smell of the brown ofada rice.

Use very little oil in your food. It is better to eat palm oil than vegetable oil, but use very little palm oil. If you can afford it, buy those branded and sealed ones rather than those ones those women measure and sell.

You also have to reduce the portion you eat. This is the secret of weight loss. You must reduce your food. If you feel hungry, try eating fruits. 400 naira watermelon or pineapple or whatever else you like, should do the trick. Don't eat groundnuts, because it is a fat and oil, and will make you add weight.

Reducing the portion alone will cause you to lose weight. But it will be slow. So, you should start working out. Focus on cardio exercises as they will help lose weight.

This particular one worked for me. It is hard, but you will see results. Just don’t put too much stress on yourself, especially in the beginning. As your body gets used to it, you will improve:
