We have polaris bank that was birthed thru CBN's intervention.

Keystone too, even Access bank that acquired diamond bank...
If it were to be under cArdoso, they would have all gone down with customers funds.

There were M&A deals in the ones you mentioned just like you have t providus desiring to acquire unity bank.

When no merger and acquisition deal is on the table, liquidation is the next step if CBN is not interested in raising a management team for it.

There could have been prop up by CBN just like solid was doing with the open discount window until SLS came and brought down the hammer on some banks then.
