If the latter is the case I will advise you to make your application simple by using only official documents.

In your reference letter to the embassy, your company can simply state you work for xyz and ijk is the parental company as shown on your employment letter.

You can your ID card and pictures of you at the workplace to help the officer handling your application quickly decide.

Also, if your salary was paid into your bank , you can tick this out on the statement showing the dates the money came into your .

I noticed a discrepancy: my promotion letters are on a letterhead from the Bauchi State Local Government Commission, while the reference letter from my current local government is on a Bogoro Local Government letterhead.

Given that my reference letter includes my start date and current status, I created a cover letter detailing my journey from graduation through my initial appointment, all promotions, and transfers, including dates and grade levels. I clarified that my reference is from my current local government.

They are really slow. Did you pay your deposit and they later asked you to your pof and TB test or you paid and ed the documents immediately?
I just got my offer ed on the portal after sending series of mails to them regarding inactive portal.
They are quite slow and i hope i can still meet up for September intake cos my pof will just start counting and the 28days will be towards ending of the month.
