Is it the same hope bank that buhari force us to to represent the poor? I don't know the number first, talkless of doing of doing transfer. use it once to get 10k and that is all, we did not see shishi after the 10k, and they promise to be giving us deaf people 5k every month

Some of my friends has same problem since, the officials said they should wait till next payment to withdraw it once. only that another payment did not come
