The reinstated Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers, APC Emeka beke, has reaffirmed the hip of the twenty seven lawmakers of the Rivers State house of assembly who left People’s Democratic Party PDP and pitched tents with APC in December eleven, 2023.

Emeka Beke who stated this while addressing journalist immediately after the court judgement that gave him victory over Tony Okocha who held sway in caretaker capacity for months, reiterated that Martin Amaewhule and twenty-six other lawmakers loyal to the FCT minister Nyesom Wike, are valid of the APC in Rivers State.

Emeka Beke, while reaffirming the participation of the Rivers State APC, in the forthcoming local government election in the state, commended the judiciary for upholding democracy in Nigeria.

Emeka Beke’s executive was dissolved by the national working committee of APC led by Abdullahi Ganduje on the grounds of anti party activities during the 2023 general election in November last year.

You don't get it. There's an existing sworn affidavit by all 27 lawmakers lying in court waiting for adjudication as we speak. When they defected, in order to make their every law legally binding, they thought it wise to make their defection legally binding as well by swearing a combined affidavit in court. That's what they did. They will never return to the chamber. They're goners.

Emeka beke don't even know wat he is doing am a full APC member in Rivers State high court judgement can not stand on that because they have no power over it. Follow up with today's date and give me the reply later thanks

Plenty politics and comedy skits.
The Courts have ed this stage. As long as there is a judgment that says the SHC lacks jurisdiction this is another comedy skit. If someone is looking for a way to file a fresh case then it's too late and very late.
It will do you all like a comedy skit. This sets of politicians in Rivers State lack understanding of little things on how to go about their fights with Wike and the 27 .

If you like go and bring an affidavit that you are an employee of CBN and NNPC without going through the proper channels of seeking that employment and issued a letter of employment it will do you fellas like a comedy skit gone wrong.

Even people who association don't go round dangling affidavits. There is no such thing as an affidavit that will be used as proof that a person is a member of a political party. That is not the correct posture and process. The Courts is not a room for children to bring their excessive plays to before a judge.
