I can’t ever get enough, especially with nice butter and herbs.

Breakfast- avocado toast, smoked salmon, cream cheese, sprinkled with everything seasoning.
Carb free option with avocado, egg, and everything seasoning so no one is left out. 😊

I just finished making chinchin. It has become expensive in the supermarkets so I decided to start making mine at home.

Rivers people eat plantain a lot. It is also grown here. Calabar and cross river farmers bring them every Tuesday. It's in abundance. If not for transportation
