Please in anything you do, don't lie cause it has a way of coming back especially if you want to do this process legally. Traditional marriage is legal binding and you'll still need a customary divorce decree(which will be verified) and that will be further lying. If you're going to get married in the state like your man said, you'll have to go back to Nigeria to do the visa process cause the visa type you have is not meant for you to marry and adjust status cause they will say you're trying to beat the legal process which will be forgiven but since you have a complicated issue, I think you should do the right thing so they will know you're sincere and not trying to jump the process even when you have the opportunity to do so. We also had in mind of opening one in Nigeria but our main branch will be in US. Our Non profit is a multidimensional organization that deals on Spirituality, Academics, Research and Human empowerment.

Owing to its nature and the kind of services we will be rendering, subsequent collaborations with other organizations; it was expedient that it should be ed first at the location aforementioned.

Not necessarily true, some banks will deny you a checking if you are flagged in the Chex system.

I know this because every year I open and close lots of bank s to get the new bonus and I’ve seen people who get denied and they have to order their Chex report to see why.

Also I may be wrong but I think the reason he is flagged must be due to fraud, probably got involved in accepting money from the wrong person.
