EOI is personalised information. People don't share their EOI records.
Create an on skillselect.gov.au to start. You need a positive assessment and English test to do that

I will recommend you ignore that cos that 3m will do much more for you in Australia where you can get Permanent resident and thereafter, get citizenship after 4 years. You won't get that in Kuwait.

Fitter is one of the fastest occupation to get nomination.
it cost A$795 to get an assessment and takes about 7-8 months (hopefully it reduces soon). So i will say jettison the idea of Kuwait and focus on this.

Others will wade in

There's no option for my present occupation. And for other skills mentioned like; plumbing and others, it requires that you have a certificate. Some of those skills were just acquired.

Also, I'm a good cook and I've also checked that and found out that you also need to acquire a certificate as well. Should I choose anyone like that?

How do I go about it? Both the English test and the assessment. I found out that most of the jobs have age restrictions. How about study routes? Is it expensive?

EOI or job descriptions?

If it is EOI, you will have to create one yourself on skillselect after you have done skill assessment and English test. It is like filling a form.

If it is job descriptions, Google ANZSCO job descriptions for the occupation to give you guidance on writing yours.

You have qualification and experience as a fitter mechanic ? Mate, that is a gold mine you are sitting on.

Read the thread, do you assessment with TRA and get the Australia migration going.

Once you have positive assessment from TRA, you can check www.seek.com.au to apply for fitter mechanic position. You may get company that will sponsor you.
