I have reached out to the team twice about this but haven’t received any yet. A friend mentioned that I can proceed to book my appointment. Do you think I should proceed with booking or wait for a response from them?

This is a serious mistake that would lead to a rejection if you proceed because the port on file does not tally with your citizenship. My advice will be that you cancel the application and submit a new application. You can then request a refund for the cancelled application.

You are right. Application denied but life goes on. .Please how can I get all the documents used by the agent for the processing incase of future application. The agent refused to send me the documents.

Sorry for your refusal...when did u applied & biometrics..your documents used is with ur agent go meet him in his office!

You can order for GCMS note this will only show you reason why you're been denied!It won't reveal documents u submitted if I'm correct!

I am not satisfied you will leave Canada. Your assets and financial are insufficient. Submitted two houses documents, marriage certificate, 11m POF, birth certificate of my children, travel history to Malta, wife consent letter etc.

Have they started responding to Match application?

One of the drop-down(options) after u sign in is ‘application details and documents submitted’. If u select that option you should get the complete application package. It may take longer than the average 30 days I hear.
A faster option is to use all available means to get the details from the agent.

You can the document ed from the portal, only that you will need a document reader to open and read them.

Yes you can order your notes with all the documents submitted by your agent. Google Gcms notes

Hello house, My younger brother wants to travel to Canada. Tourist visa and he told me that he was trying to use some of these travel agents, told me they charged him 1.2m 600k first then the remaining 600k after the papers are out. Their customer care agent in Canada do not interfere with visa applications abroad in this case "Nairobi" or "Lagos". I enquiring for my parents years back and got that from them. Send webform and e-mail instead. Alternatively, other for your GCMS notes to understand whats going on in your file.
