If president obasanjo (just one person) had remain president since 1999 (especially without elections), Nigeria will probably be much better than the mess we have right now. Because 1. No election budgets, 2. No lifes lost to useless election exercises 3. No inflow of arms to take power during pools and by extension no arms to fatten criminality and insecurity 4. Stable corruption with slow corruption inflation rates 5. Stable economy with ample years of perfected trials and error 6. Lower for recurrent budgets (same person in same govt facilties will probably have less reasons to just change things that perfectly working). And many more... Pual Biya of Cameroon is an example, dude has perfect his acts as president, and that country is far more stable that Nigeria now. True democracy is not for Africans.
