I'm telling you something, you are saying luck. Every nurse with verified job offer that had applied for the HCW visa this year got decision within 5days

Yes to get sponsorship is hard but many companies still gives sponsorship. I know a company in Manchester that gives sponsorship, but they are mental health ed living service.

I really wish they should apply this to all visa type too

You don't need a post basic degree to as a paed Nurse, although experience might be useful while job hunting.
There are other fields you can put in for;
Adult Nursing/ General
Mental Health
Midwifery (you might need a certificate for this, not sure)

I think they work with the submission date.Its going to be 15 days on Friday.
