BTW, billing address is the card issuer's (Bitnob) domiciliary address, not yours. You can find it under "card details" on the Bitnob app.

In the light of his response, the reverse could be true as well. We're all living witnesses to exchange rates volatility. Even big businesses nowadays won't give quotations for projects without stating validity. Many of us here know how to do many things, but can't claim expertise in all.

As they say, experience is the best teacher. Exactly why Businesses and govts still engage the services of experts (consultants) despite having arrays of professionals in their employment.
