But the point am making is: seller could offer to send another product to buyer. In this case, time wasted on didpute would be saved.

You only need an opening balance of ₦150000 of which you'd have access to after 3 months.
There are two cards available. The one with the condition above is capped $1200 monthly.

This doesn't look like a ed parcel. If your tracking doesn't end with alphabets, except LP********, just lock up and wait till you're called by NIPOST. It looks like it's sunyou carrier.

As Yorubas do say, "we no de come back from court and continue friendship!" Once you enter dispute but not favoured, only a god fearing seller will give you a listening ear!

That was my first choice actually. But, it didn't work. Is there any other option I can go for. I tried Grey, but their card creation fee they kill me, plus the fact that I have to buy dollar at high prices.

Start the process all over again: go to "cards" section under "" and fill the spaces provided with your card details. Here, you won't be asked for billing address. But bear in mind that Aliexpress will charge you $1 pre-activation fee, which will later be refunded after the confirmation of the card.

BTW, billing address is the card issuer's (Bitnob) domiciliary address, not yours. You can find it under "card details" on the Bitnob app.

Away from AliExpress shopping, which Virtual card provider provides Nigeria Billing address just Like Pink Klasha?
