Nice one. Yoruba has a rich cultural history that spans centuries. So we too can have interesting historical story lines like Spartacus, Vikings,Troys,and Thor. We just need to improve our cinematography, story lines,visual effects, costumes and quality directors, then we good to match Hollywood.

I heard some Yoruba movie producers are building a huge movie village in Oyo state. I saw the set in eniola Ajao's movie. It was awesome. We shall get there

Interesting piece. I hope we can really improve on our cinematography and plots development. We have loads of historical legends in yorubaland and even if each of their chronicles is adapted into series, provided we have intelligent plots and settings developers （writers and directors）, we will turn our film industry into global reckoning that can outshine and outperform our music industry for the growth of our economy. Now that piracy has been defeated, banks and financial firms are now willing to invest good money in the movie industry to help those that know how to write and direct good scripts. These new movies are cashing out big time, and they are only going to get better.

There is an old epic movie about Ga'a. Good to see it been done with better cinematography so it appeals to younger audiences.

Our Yoruba brethren has raised the bar in African cinematic productions and has set quite a high standard for what should be Nollywood movies.
Kudos to the exceptional creatives and talents making this happen.

I hope it's not another rubbish film like the controversial one released by some idi0ts last year portraying the Eyo masquerade of Lagos as criminals.

I don't trust these nollywood folks.. the Oyo dynasty must scrutinize the movie well.

there's shield and several armoury in fact I've seen iron underwear like the knights in several museums but the dressing in the movie doesn't portray ancient wears .
