The biggest selling movie in India today Bahubali had the casts dressing like Sparta too. Even epic Chinese best selling movies as well. Even epic English movies often have them dressing more elegantly than what they actually wore in those days e.g. Vikings.

Aslong as money is being made and people enjoy what they see, it's all good. They are targetting world wide audiences and not just Nigerians.
