goran3310: Depends on your budget and the location you want. I am in the market and houses like that are asking for 90m. If I see that same house in IKOTA Lekki for example for 70m, I will jump at it. 1 Like |

That's less than £40k to £50k for what looks like a mansion. That's hella cheap. You couldn't buy a garden shed for that price where I live.
