Finally, South east has always VOTED PDP because the party was founded by EKWUEME before the alliance of 1999. They assumed that EKWUEME had the best chance of becoming president eventually through that party.

You guys never got to the point where u were a significant challenger in an election where there is no significant interest on the part of yoruba people and we overlooked you to go northwards but surprisingly u guys have always gone northwards and even in 1999 when there was no northerner u still decided to pick the candidate that the North loved among the 2 yoruba contenders.
