This is an excellent case to request a reconsideration, as it appears the officer did not the statement. You can provide Mybankststatement, a copy of the old one submitted with the previous application, and an explanation highlighting the officer’s reasons for refusing your application. You can reapply if you do not intend to request a reconsideration.

I think it is. I have seen a lot of Nigerian YouTubers' videos who said they did it and got an approval under 20 days. You can just do GIC for your regular study visa application.

Someone on this platform suggested using I Love PDF site to reduce and merge pdf file. I use the regular Acrobat because I have an Adobe license. You can use Acrobat free trial version for only 14 days. If you want to use Acrobat, please don't use your main dollar card for this. You can just sign up on a platform that gives a virtual card and can use it on Acrobat.

check skyscanner and wakanow ( note that u cant transit through USA) . Also Ethiopian and Egypt airlines. There is nothing like cheapest airline as they usually have different prices for different dates sometimes.

You can continue with Conestoga if your program qualifies for PAL. When applying from another country you must consider your statues there.

I got ission in conestoga but that was when I was still in Nigeria and I was scared to further ahead because I don’t want them to deny me and I will still remain in Nigeria. That’s why we came here at least even if they deny we will still be doing our thing here.

One of the requirement is paying one year school fees but we only did 10k for Connestoga . But the money in bank in usd is almost 33k cad. We will just do that into GIC and send a webform

Finally, it's difficult and WAY expensive for one way ticket 🎟.
Most airline do stop overs . But one is okay.

I feel there was another way international students used to do it in the past. You have to travel with the visa you have and then when you get over there, you can change school and go for another study permit. But with the different changes in immigration policies , I don't know how advisable that could be for now. So you can go ahead with the advise already given , go for the one you already have and defer the Masters to another session. Then apply for maybe another Study permit or study permit extension. Reconsideration takes about 10 business days. They will not reconsider your application if you don’t hear from them two weeks after submission.

Hi, this solely depends on the condition for refund in your school. Some schools only refunds with a condition of visa refusal, secondly if you enter Canada before you switch DLI, you must complete the first semester atleast before you can change. So either way, your 10k maybe pretty much gone if you decide to take the MSc route.

I was refused visa on May 22. I followed what I learned on this platform to apply for my visa. I must have missed something along the line. Please, I need help as my program is starting in the last week of August, I waited for the GCMS note before reaching out. I want to reapply immediately.
I am going for a one-year postgraduate certificate program. I paid my one-year tuition in full and submitted a POF of 31.25 million Naira with the explanation that my elder brother added some money to me. I also included a letter of from him.
I submitted my PAL alongside other documents. For the POF, 30 million Naira was in Access bank statement of while 1.25 million was in GTbank statement. I stated in my SOP that I would be living my children and my husband behind. I ordered for GCMS note and the explanation is as follows: bank statement of Gtco does appears inconsistent and usual with other similar bank statement , this is an aggravating factor in my assessment, I have concerns the applicants does not have sufficient finance readily available to cover their living cost during their stay in Canada...

I'm in same situation. 4th of sept is my resumption, Biometrics done June 10th, radio silence since then. Sent one webform each to ircc lagos and Nairobi, no response. Would be nice to get an update atleast letting us know they received our Biometrics.

Is it Regina University. I don't know why there so many issues like that. This period where study visa is based on PAL I believe it should be faster but it's not.
