Dude you are becoming too desperate to spread propaganda and twist facts. No one is saying the IOCs are leaving Nigeria, what they are doing is reducing their investments in the country to mitigate and eliminate risk. That is why all their land, swamp and shallow water assets are being sold to local operators and they are moving to deepwater where the risk is less.

The fact that they are reducing investments in Nigeria and focusing on places where there isn't opportunity for returns like Nigeria is the real cause for worry because the flurry of activities this investment will bring would go a long way to shore up the national reserves.

There was never anytime people said Mobil is leaving. the problem is these guys are reducing their investment in Nigeria and focusing on other countries where they will not get as much returns as they will get in Nigeria. They are now focusing more on deepwater to reduce their risks. How many deepwater assets does Mobil have? Only one asset.
