There's no problem with deposit after your POF starts running however, you may be subjected to provide the SOURCE of the deposit which you may not have a definition for. So avoid it if you have to, there's no problem with debit, but make sure your required POF doesn't go below what you need. Not even with 1 pound.

It's almost nonexistent as you'll have to provide 3 years Tax clearance certificate and the rate is almost or equal to black market. Just find other means.

I was trying to pay on the tls site for priority and prime time over the weekend. the priority payment went through but I couldn’t complete the payment for the prime time with my naira card because of otp issues so the whole payment was cancelled but the priority payment has already been deducted from my and has not been refunded till now. I called my bank this morning and they said I should get through first with tls that the money has left my .
Please how do I go about this, because I can’t see any customer care number on their page.

Hi there, sorry about what happened. It is true that u can't find any number to call on Thier website.

This is what you can do as it worked for me when I have to urgently them last year.

There is a form you have to fill on Thier website and you include your email address and the details of the inquiry/complaint etc. They will get back to you. My own case took 48 hours. Yours may be faster or later than mine.

Yes, it does exist and it still works. but the truth is that it doesn't make sense anymore. You can get your Forex at the bank via form A.

But the rate is same/almost the same as the black market when you compare the official rate, commission/ charges (cot, stamp, tax etc), paper work: tax clearance certificate which you may have to grease some palms in your bank to fast track that payment.
